Running is the most simple and natural way to get aerobic exercise – so we will go running, mostly in the forest, because it is more beautiful, and better for the body.

But running is also about shoes, technique and programs – because a lot of people get injured when they start running. So to avoid that, we will start slowly, and we will try to make programs, so everybody can improve while they are here – and we will look at shoes and running technique.
