Ski gymnastics

A lot of you probably know the feeling of being sore in your body the second or third day of skiing in the holiday, that’s what we’re trying to avoid by getting in a really good shape.

Ski gymnastic is going to be a combination of bodyweight exercises and power lifting and running.

We are going to mix it all in games and competition, it’s going to be hard but at the same time a lot of fun.

Ski gymnastic is for every one it doesn’t matter what you have done before, but I would recommend it for the skibums, because you will also be challenge by teaching your fellow students.
